Perfect Competition
The guardian is running a stupid competition, blah blah blah. Here at fatskier productions however, our weight is firmly behind the Miss Cicciona contest.

WLTM
I love would like to meet. It's fantastically compulsive television. I like the classic makeover formula, mixed with the voyeuristic pleasure of watching social incompetent people fumbling at life.
The 'expert' panel are an absolute hilarious of collection of condescending cliches:
Mr. Conversation and his insightful tips on confidence, being positive and the art of conversation (remember to ask her what she is interested in).
The fashionista and her guide to what's hot and what's not on the high st. (distressed demin is all the rage)
The gaggin for it sexpert and her discerning advice on fllrting techniques. (forget kissing hands, i feel that more tips on blow jobs are needed)
Somehow the transformation of the men is always more compelling; all the women ever need is a haircut, and a new wardrobe. Thirtysomething and whats best described as sad, the guys mothers always seem to have an overbearing influence on their lives. your mum buying your clothes must be a pre-requisite to appearing on this show. Their six week transformation is edited into an hour show. Along the way we inevitably get tears, frustration, laughter, reassuring friends (where were they for the previous thirty years?) Complete with the redemption of the final date. This is must see TV.

Dog
I got chased by a dog yesterday. Not a yapping yorkie, or a bouncing labrador, but by a Doberman Pinscher. Remember the dogs on Magnum P.I.? It could of been a stunt double, not sure for which one though, Zeus or Apollo. Ordinarily, one might think this a pretty scary experience, however I was on my way home on my Vespa, and the bloody thing charged at me and then followed me down the middle of the road. I laughed so much I nearly fell off. Most exhilarating.
